Delivery Schedule

We understand that feedback on eBay is very important so you we aim to send items out within 48hrs of orders being received. If there is a problem then we inform you right away.

START UP FEE

We charge a flat rate administration fee of £10.00 to set up your drop shipping account; however we will require a further £30.00 deposit to be used as a float against your first orders. The administration fee is used for the set up process including creating your account and the creation of a Logo for your brand identification

We also charge the start up fee to deter people from simply signing up and buying goods at trade price and then disappearing again

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO RUN A SUCCESSFUL DROP SHIP BUSINESS / PART TIME EARNER

 

No.1 - requirement is a method of accepting Online Payments. We prefer to be paid by PayPal as this is a method used by most of our suppliers. You need a fast reliable way to allow customers to pay for their items and also a way to pay us for the items we ship for you. We also recommend that you open a Nochex Account to allow UK Customers to pay using a Credit or Debit card without having to sign up for an account.

 

If you will be selling from a website then we recommend that you sign up to RemoteBasket This is an easily integrated Shopping Cart System that upon checkout will calculate the total of the customers order and then give them the choice to pay by either Nochex or PayPal

We can give advise on opening the accounts and how to set them up

 

No.2 - You need a PC to receive your orders and send the orders onto our distribution team

If you wish to sell on eBay you will need an eBay account and a little knowledge of how eBay works (not totally necessary as we can offer initial advice and help topics)

 

No.3 - Time – This is required as it will take time for you to list the items and process the orders, however the time taken will be up to you as you can either run this as a hobby or a full time business, and it is up to you.

Dropshipping is a very popular selling scheme (especially in America) where a supplier with a warehouse holds stock. The stock is sold by its account holders. The stock is then shipped by the Dropshipper

 

Will my customer know that the item did not come from me?

A Royal Mail requirement says that all items posted must have a return address on the package. We will put a label on the package but the package will not contain any receipts or info linking the item to us

 

I live outside the UK, can I have an account?

No, sorry this system is only open to UK account holders

 

What advantages are there for me with a Dropshipping account?

Basically you do not have to hold any stock or be tied down with post and packaging

Why do you have a sign up fee of £10.00?

We charge a start up fee of £10.00 that goes towards creating your account and creating a Logo for your branding. Also the start up fee deters people signing up, taking a few items at trade prices and then disappearing again

 

What guarantees do you offer that I will make a profit?

We offer no guarantees that you will succeed, however we stress to you that we want you to succeed. If you succeed then we succeed. We are sure that if you use all the resources available to you then you will be making a profit in a short amount of time

 

What happens if a faulty item is sent?

We simply send a replacement

 

What happens if the customer does not receive their item?

We keep proof of postage and we will send a replacement after 10 Working days after dispatch

 

What is classed as an active account?

We class an active account as an account that has had at least one sale a month, after that time we will offer an account to another customer. Also your Dropshipaccessories.com email address will be deactivated

 

What happens to the float that is held by you if I no longer wish to have an account?

If your account becomes inactive then we would forward your float back to you, we would however not be able to refund the £5.00 set up fee back to you

 

How do I contact you for advise on eBay listings?

Our preferred method of contact would be by email, however We will provide a land line and mobile phone number for you to contact us in office hours to enable you to ask questions

 

What advise can you offer on starting up a website?

Starting a website can be a daunting task, however we can provide basic advice only due to time constraints. We can however provide a mirror of our retail site with updated payment links (to your PayPal, nochex and remote cart accounts) to allow your customers to pay you direct. Also the Logo will be changed, email links changed and contact pages changed. We offer full website domain name registration and website hosting for one year. The total cost of this package is £375.00. You would then need to keep this site updated. Hosting for the next year would be £50.00

 

How long will it take for my customer to receive their item?

Most orders will be Shipped the same day as ordered, however all orders will be shipped within 48 hours

Your orders are placed with us on a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will contain the details of the order, the customers address. We then email the spreadsheet back to you with the price of the item, and the order shipped date
